The house, which boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, was listed by agent Alissa Traughber with RE/MAX Newport Elite for $250,000, according to Zillow. Traughber told NBC 5 the home received a total of seven offers, and the offer that was accepted was over asking price.

Simpson gave up his Brentwood estate and moved to Florida, where, under state law, his home could not be seized by creditors. He received pensions, including from the NFL and the Screen Actors Guild, which were protected from seizure under federal law.

I'm just not sure I can justify spending £180 on it having only recently forked out for the Parisian Restaurant... It's not my sort of thing, but I've certainly enjoyed hearing your thoughts and watching the build progress. Maybe LEGO will do a free polybag with a fridge when you buy a Simpsons set? Definably like this set, but no room in my collection for a big house like this. There's not much to say about the build of the 'house' parts because it's very straightforward.
